The Family Effort

As a family, we all participate in the collection of the maple sap. Maple syrup is usually produced in the months of February, March, and the first week(s) of April. Whenever the season starts, it usually lasts between 4 and 6 weeks. Each family member hand collects the maple sap. This collection process makes our product even more special because of the care that is taken to make sure the maple sap has a perfect quality. Our family sets the time aside during the spring to ensure that we will have desirable maple syrup year-round.

Why Our Syrup is Unique!

Not all syrup is created equal. We love to provide syrup that has a rich, thick, smooth flavor. In order to achieve this goal, we do not use the reverse osmosis process. Our syrup is strictly sap that has been boiled to 219*F. This makes our syrup unique because we want our syrup to be served on your table in the purest form!

The picture to the right is the maple syrup that came straight out of the evaporator. This syrup is then transferred to the maple syrup finisher to be prepared for bottling.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide you with maple syrup and other miscellaneous maple products that will bring smiles to everyone that is involved in the consumption of our products.

We hope to soon offer other gifts that you may like to have sent to someone that is special to you!
