This spreadable maple syrup is the perfect match to bread, cornbread, hot cereals, pancakes, waffles, and sugar cookies. One of our family favorites is to eat it straight off of the spoon!
Maple cream is heated to a higher temperature than maple syrup is. Once the temperature is reached, the maple cream then sits in an ice bath for several hours. It is then whipped until the desired consistency is reached.
Although it is hard to believe, maple cream is made out of only maple syrup. There are no other additives to this maple deliciousness. It needs to be refrigerated at all times so the shipping costs will be a little more for this particular item.
