Description
Our maple syrup has a bold maple flavor without the unbearable richness that tends to be a factor in pure maple syrup. Straight from the maple trees, the sap goes into a wood-fired evaporator to begin the long boiling process. With experience being the best teacher, we have learned what elements produce liquid gold. We don’t allow the maple syrup to boil too long because the maple syrup can then break down. When maple syrup breaks down too much, the syrup doesn’t hold its amazing maple qualities.
Once the maple syrup hits the correct temperatures, it goes through a filtering process. This filtering process makes our maple syrup become crystal clear and entices the taste buds of those that look at it!
As a family, we prefer to eat maple syrup that has not undergone the reverse osmosis process. We just prefer the all-natural flavor and thickness of syrup that has only undergone the initial wood-fired boiling.
Although our maple syrup has not been stated inspected, our family upholds sanitation standards in a strict fashion. Our maple syrup is manufactured in a sterile environment.
